「季節是初春， 那天下著雨……」慵懶而詩意的曖昧旁白，緩緩道出一隻被拾養棄貓眼中的生活片段剪影，與影像交集出都會女子的美麗與哀愁。導演新海誠正式執導、製作、配音的首部短片，當時獲得鼓勵個人ＣＧ創作的CGAnimation Contest 大獎。
