seize the day——《死亡詩社》對自由的激發

剛看完電影死亡詩社，dead poets society,最後一刻，我流淚了。整個過程都很興奮和激動！

這是一部描寫英國一所重點學校高中生生活的故事，其中的英語老師分外可愛，他富有激情和熱情的教授著詩詞欣賞的課程，影響了年輕人的生活。seize the day!基廷老師是個富有煽動力的傢伙，我愛他，其實股子裡我們都有對教學的熱愛~~

   故事中大部份描述的是被激勵的孩子們的故事：生性軟弱的托德最後敢於冒犯校方第一個站在桌子上，向老師告別，多麼感人的一幕啊～～其實，這一舉動是對老師最大的支持，用受到老師影響的行動去生活！ 另一個孩子——情容許我用孩子這個詞，因為這是教師的特權：） ——通過自己的堅持不懈與勇敢挑戰既有的事實，而獲得了美麗女孩子的芳心，還有率性的查理·多爾頓，更加風采的釋放自己，相信他的未來會很美！還有為了理想——戲劇而瘋狂的尼爾，他原來是個非常聽話的男孩，他父親以為了他的將來著想而督促他好好學習，然後等他考上醫科大學再做自己想做的事情。多麼現實的殘忍，後來尼爾勇於追求自己的夢想，去表演了一場話劇，並且擔任了男主角，儘管如此，他的父親還是嚴厲的責備了他，並且「好心」的讓他放棄夢想。可憐的尼爾以死捍衛了他的理想！。。。。。

   結局是合乎邏輯的，也是現實的，因為向KEATING這樣的老師，校方是不會讓他存續的，所以被趕出了學校！結尾很像另一部法國電影《放牛班的春天》，無奈而悲切！～～～

   教師的力量其實是很大的，我一向最尊重的是那些學生喜歡的老師，並且也努力的做那樣的老師，因為只有這樣的老師，才是能夠真正與學生溝通的老師，他們的課堂可以是一首詩，可以是一件藝術品，這些都是傾盡了創造和對學生的熱愛的，獨一無二的！

   相信那些孩子們，他們的單純和熱情是指向最優教師的標準，而那些所謂的職稱不過是一副表面華麗的而內旦已經破爛不堪的舊袍子，只是冠冕的堂皇！學生的指向才是真理！
   我愛keating和所有具有keating一樣氣質的教師，他們才是淨化心靈的泉水！

   下面讓我們回顧一下電影中描述keating上過的精彩的課程吧：

1、Carpe diem:seize the day.抓緊時間。

Gather ye rosebuds while ye may.及時採摘你的花蕾。

To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time：

Gather ye rosebuds while ye may, Old time is still a-flying: And this same flowers that smiles today, Tomorrow will be dying.

2、rip the entire page,learn to think for yourself again.學會獨立思考。

死亡詩社成立致辭，：）

i went to the woods,because i want to live deliberately.

我走入叢林，因為我想生活的有意義。

i wanted to live deep,and suck out all the marrow of life.

我希望能夠生活的更深刻，汲取生命中的所有精華。

to put to rout all that was not life,把非生命的一切都擊退。

and not ,when i had come to die,discover that i had not lived.

而不是當我死了的時候，發現自己從沒活過

3、keating 站在講台上激情演講：）

i stand upon my desk to remind myself that we must constantly look at things in different way.我們必須時刻用不同的眼光來看待事物。

the world looks very different from up here.

Just when you think you know something, 一旦你懂得你知道什麼you have to look at it in another way.你必須換一種角度來看。Even though it may seem silly or wrong, you must try!

Boys, you must strive to find your own voice. 同學們，你們必須努力尋找自己的聲音。

 Because the longer you wait to begin, the less likely you are to find it at all. 因為等得越久，找到的可能性就越小。

horeau said, Most men lead lives of quiet desperation. 大多數人生活在平靜的絕望中。

Dare to strike out and find new ground. 要敢於開拓新的天地。

4、踢足球時，大聲讀詩。

 sport is actually a chance for us to have other human beings push us to excel.

運動只是一種讓其他人把我們推向極至的機會。

Oh to struggle against great odds. 與逆境不屈的抗爭，

To meet enemies undaunted. 以無畏的勇氣面對他。

To be a sailor of the world, bound for all ports.

做一個世界的水手，遊遍整個港口。

Oh, I live to be the ruler of life, not a slave哦，.我要做生活的主宰而不是奴隸！

To dance, clap hands, exalt, shout, skip, roll on, float on.

舞蹈，鼓掌，興奮，歡叫，跳躍，飄飄噹噹，滾滾向前。

Oh, to have life henceforth the poem of new joys.

哦，讓生活從此變成一首歡樂的詩。

尼爾：To indeed be a god!做一個真正的上帝！

5、yawp，鍛鍊TODD，他的膽小。：）

Just don't let your poems be ordinary.

I sound my barbaric yawp over the rooftops of the world.

 

6、Dangers of conformity. 順從的危險。

場景，基廷讓三個人走路，其他人在旁邊喊口號。

Everyone started off with their own stride, their own pace.

每個人開始都有自己的步伐，自己的節奏。

I brought them up here to illustrate the point of conformity:

我說這些是為了說明順從的問題。

the difficulty in maintaining your own beliefs in the face of others。

說明堅持與眾不同的信仰的困難.

we all have a great need for acceptance.

我們都有被人接受的需要。

But you must trust that your beliefs are unique, your own, even though others may think them odd or unpopular,但是你必須相信你的信仰是獨特的，是你自己的。哪怕別人認為他很怪或者很討厭。

 Two roads diverged in a wood and I, I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.

兩條路在森林中岔開，我，選擇走得人少的那一條，這就導致了所有的不同。

 

7、當查理用「phone call from god 」的伎倆要求學校招收女生受到懲罰時，MR.KEATING是這樣說的：

Sure there's a time for daring and there's a time for caution, and a wise man understands which is called for. 有時候要大膽，有時候要謹慎，一個聰明人知道什麼時候該怎麼做。

 

當MR.keating 走的時候，很多男孩子喊了出來，O Captain! My Captain!多麼的振奮人心，那一刻我流淚了～～～

 查理·多爾頓被開除（expelled）了，但我相信他沒事，因為他家裡有錢，呵呵。

 

 

    我們所受到的教育更多的是tradition,hornor,decipline,excellence.可是誰又告訴我們生活是什麼呢？
