驚駭大卡司加綠色腦漿製法

看伯頓同學的這個連MTV MOVIE AWARD都沒得的片子（當然mtv的品味可以被無視）的原因非常淺薄--這是除了一部kurzfilm之外，唯一沒看過的NataliePortman的片子，然後隨手下了，然後隨手看了，事先沒查任何資料，於是看個火星飛碟轉出來的cast名單就把我嚇著了。

大--卡--司，太恐怖了

換句話說，就是兩位老牌奧斯卡影帝率領的一幫至少艾美獎以上的男演員，加全部至少提名過金球獎的女演員，主題音樂是tom jones和就連一個不到1分鐘的龍套都是在《sex and city》演stanford的熟臉Willie Garson……



但是卡司之大，不在演員排場之大，而在角色和演員契合度之大，這集合了災難，科幻，戰爭，政治，肥皂劇，青少年抑鬱，家庭倫理，親情，公路，美國夢想，人與自然，種族問題，充滿了反諷，暗語和對經典戰爭片，喜劇片，卡通片致敬的電影裡，每個演員，無論戲分多少都和角色非常非常的貼，流暢和目不暇給的拼貼交錯式的表演使整部片子呈現出混合著神經兮兮，誇張做作，灑狗血，誇誇其談，純真矯情的特殊風格。

所以，casting director其實是產業里一項重要的角色，mars的選角導演就有三位，所以難怪集合了這麼強大的陣容。想起可怕的Love In The Time of Cholera，再想到Hilary Swank和Clint Eastwood在77th Oscar上都紛紛特別對選角導演感謝和讚美，真是不枉費一番情深意切啊！




附送一個食譜，就是火星人的綠色腦漿
這個就是很常見的一種甜點，green jello

JELLO GELATIN JIGGLERS (FAMILY SIZE RECIPE)

Large batch (makes about 24 pieces, serves 4 to 6)
4 sm. pkgs. or 2 lg. packages Jello any flavor
2 1/2 c. boiling water or apple juice

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water or juice. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm, or about 3 hours. To remove, dip pan in warm water about 15 seconds. Cut into decorative shapes with cookie cutters, or cut into 1 inch squares. Lift from pan.
NOTE: To use jigglers molds, pour half the mixture into molds. Pour remaining mixture into 8 or 9 inch pan; use cookie cutters or cut into 1 inch squares.

不過這個方子做出來的果凍是比較硬挺的，沒有電影中的腦漿的那種流動性，想要腦漿的質感需要再多加15-20%(具體的量要視你使用的jello粉的膠凍強度)，然後不要冷藏，就在室溫冷卻，冷卻過程中要每隔一會就攪動一下~~
