Heart-warming

Feel like writing in English today.
My friend has recommended this movie to me a couple of years ago. It was one of her absolute favorites. I, however, never really felt like seeing it, since she described the movie as "romantic" and "sweet", and I am never really too fond of romance, sort of like Miranda in Sex and the City.
Have been a bit depressed lately for no reason, and decided to skip class this morning. Skipping classes can be quite boring as well since I don't really feel like doing anything else. "Love Actually" happen to be on my desktop (have been there for a year at least). I was immediately captured by the movie after Hugh Grant's monologue about the people at Heathrow airport. Somehow, love doesn't sound that cheezy anymore, but heart-warming instead. I don't usually like Hugh Grant, but I thought that he was really cute in this movie. I loved the story between Colin Firth and the Spanish-speaking maid the most: how they fell in love with each other even though they don't even speak the same language. I don't usually believe in this sort of stuff, but they made it seem very genuine ...
I definitely recommend this movie. If this movie can make a cold-blooded cynic like me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, then it could move anybody :-)
