昆汀·塔倫蒂諾(Quentin Tarantino) 的電影，有兩種翻譯，一叫《死亡證據》，二叫《金剛不壞》。灑家認為一是絕對錯誤的翻譯，二是靠譜的。

比如我們說防水，叫water-proof，說傻瓜都能看懂，叫dork-proof，防子彈，叫bullet-proof, 那麼death proof直接理解，就是死不了。電影裡這個詞指的是變態殺人狂駕駛的特技汽車，所以我覺得前人翻譯為「金剛不壞'是靠譜的。

一點背景資料：

男主角stuntman mike是由Kurt Russell扮演的，劇中他在德州殺人開的那輛」金剛不壞「，是chevy 1971年版的nova。後來應了ranger的話，他換了地方在田納西跟蹤殺人，開的車是1969年道奇的charger.

劇中跳lap dance女孩要聽的那首詩叫做Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening，作者Robert Frost，該詩出版於1923年。「miles to go before I sleep.」是詩里最經常被引用的一句。One interpretation of this stanza is that the speaker is tempted toward death which he considers 「lovely, dark and deep,」 but that he has many responsibilities to fulfill before he can 「sleep.」

片子結尾那首詭異的女聲歌曲叫chick habit，我在開心上聽了完整版。歌詞也很詭異，適合殺王八蛋時播放伴奏。這也是我喜歡昆汀的願意之一，他總是能把暴力美學和文藝結合到最高潮最high點：

這部電影繼續貫徹了昆汀那種「出來混總是要還的」，「世界總是存在karma人人都不例外」 的精神思想。因為結尾巨high，所以這電影還被豆瓣影友稱為「婦女之友」，我表贊同，至於為什麼，看過片子就明白了。
