週六下午，一個人在家，看了Guardian驚濤大冒險。

一部很感人的片子，卻沒有煽情的氛圍襯托，一切來得都那麼自然，或許是因為Kevin Costner的高超演技，或許是因為Andy Davis的精心導演。

他是一個傳奇，大家都這麼說，可他從來不多說自己什麼。於是，他到底救了200還是300人，就成為所有人的謎。當Kevin即將離開海岸警衛隊的時候，Ashton Kutcher第二次向他提出了這個問題，他回答22人。Ashton笑著說，好在不是200。Kevin補了一句，這是他沒救到的人數。

憑藉在可能的情況下不放棄一個人的理念，Kevin讓自己成為了傳奇，一個無法逾越的傳奇。然而，正是這個他堅持了近20年的理念，卻在一次任務中，使他失去了所有的隊友。經過在基地培訓菜鳥的日子，沉靜下來的Kevin悟出了另外一個道理，那就是一定不要做超過自己能力的事，有些人在不得已的情況下只能放棄。

但是，當接他班外出執行任務的Ashton需要幫助、警衛隊需要幫助的時候，他仍然義無反顧地取出已入箱的裝備，再一次登上了救人的飛機。最後一次任務是完美的，直到指揮員報告磨損的繩索承擔不了最後從沉船上來的Ashton和Kevin。Ashton當下決定和曾經的Kevin一樣，冒著手筋都被拉脫的危險，用手拉著他飛行20分鐘，Kevin卻撕開手套的粘帶，掉進了到處都是漩渦的大海。

傳說海底住著一個人,他是人的漁夫,他是落水者的最後一線希望!他會說要堅持,我不會放棄你的,我會一直陪著你,直到救你的人到來!

電影結束後，音樂響起，歌聲傳來，原來是沙啞有力的Bryan Adams，直人人心！
