Max is a wise man

Firstly, Max loves himself and he has goals(although his goals sound stupid to others). He keeps on working and believing in lottery.

Secondly, He knows that he is not perfect and that all human are imperfect. So he forgives 瑪莉 and accepts himself, his warts and all.
The warts are part of him and he chooses to live with them. Although people often think he is tactless and rude. He doesn't feel disabled, defective or he need to be cured.

Finally, His has his own logic of life, which is literal and logical. He finds the the world very confusing and chaotic, and he couldn't understand why he was seen as the odd one while everyone else was considered normal. People often confuse him, but he still try not to let them worry him.

So, the world will be a better place if we all accept ourselves as we are and kindly welcome others as they are.
