Typical swedish family and social problems

Firstly,The different stories are painted in shades of brown:which represents: Boredom, despair, hate, emptiness, cruelty, misery; the unpleasant parts of human nature.
 
Secondly,It is a film about destruction between parents/children
* Morgan accidentally destroys his fathers face in the crematorium.
* The three sons set Sörens coffin alight
* Henrik destroys the loathed Hadar Cars-doll that to him represents his parents tingle-tangle-world.
* Jenny/Elin kills her incestous father.

Finally,as the monologue says in the end of the film, someone has to be extincted,for others to survive;and seeing Anna and Christer cleanse their garden and talking about their problems. That I interpreted it to mean that they purify their souls and get immuned from disasters and sins.   舉報
