「Food, Inc.」, is another film made to suggest that we quit bad food (which literally means most of the food).

For a moment, I was thinking, what’s wrong with them, 7 billion greedy creatures all of one species taking over the planet, messing around. They make dishonest food to poison themselves. Look what they have gotten—greedy and indifferent people. Is it something called a vicious circle? Efficiency and profit are the only stuff they chase after. What could be worse than fooling people with something as important and indispensable as food. I just feel scared off by the species I belong to—human beings. Damn it.

I miss the fresh vegetables planted by grandma herself in her field. I miss the natural fragrance of melons that has long been gone since childhood. I miss a lot of flavors, smells that are gone forever. I miss the days when I went to the wild fields with mom to pick potherbs and strawberries. I miss the days when we didn』t have to worry about pesticides, additives, trans fat, and screw the so called genetically-modified whatever. They think they are smart enough to control the food people eat? They desperate goofs.   舉報
