it's such a sad and cruel film

just can't imagine such a thing happened decades ago in USA! Black people at that time were honest, sincere, warm-hearted, optimistic, but they suffered so much... sad for them. US government owes them too much though the survivers got some compensation and families of the deceased got pitiful amount as a relief. I bet you'll shed tears for them when seeing this movie...
