電影裡的那句深刻的話

Our deepest fear is that
we are powerful beyond measure.
lt is our light, not our darkness
that most frightens us.
Your playing small
does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened
about shrinking
so that other people
won't feel insecure around you.
We were all meant to shine,
as children do.
lt's not just in some of us,
it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated

our presence automatically
liberates others.

隱藏自己內在的潛能，並不會讓你身邊的人，覺得更有安全感
我們生來就要發光發亮，就像初生牛犢那般無所畏懼
具備發光發亮的人，不是只有少數人，而是每一個人皆如此
當我們讓自己發光發熱時，我們不自覺的影響到身邊的人，讓他們也能這麼做
當我們從恐懼中解放出來時，我們的存在也自然的解放了別人
