雖然平淡無奇，但值得深深體會

老闆在參加MBA考試時看了這部影片，然後推薦給我了，告訴我做Leader時應該注意的事情，我想他應該說的是控制中心的總指揮吧，確實是雷厲風行，才得以穩住大局。而漢克斯的leadership應該是說他用自己的信念，成為了大家的精神領袖，讓大家臨危不亂，冷靜面對，就像他媽媽說的那樣，即使是坐在洗衣機里也能飛回來。
話說回來，這部影片看的不僅是leadership，還有其中的每個細節，雖然都是編劇刻意安排，但如果想想自己就是Lovell或者是總指揮，或者是任何一個角色，如何在這樣的高度精確工作中扮演好自己的崗位，來完成這樣偉大的使命，仔細體會，還是值得回味。

As part of an MBA class I have to watch and write an essay over a movie every week. This week's movie is "Apollo 13", a movie that I recommend to you too.

There are many lessons one can learn from this movie. The one that I would like to point to is that great leaders ask A LOT of their team!

There is a trap of being nice and gentle and reasonable. This is not good for leaders, and ultimately not good for their teams. If one sets low goals, the accomplishments will be even lower. Nobody fulfills their true potential.

What's the balance between being too soft and being too pushy? I don't know :-) but I think the only way to find it is by asking more...
