怎樣才是一個神所喜悅的好男人、好父親、好丈夫？What is the Godly Manhood and Fatherhood and Husband-hood

（我是信仰基督的人。我也了解很多人對於信仰和神有牴觸情緒，但是我還是想鼓勵你，耐心的了解和思索。聖經中傳達的很多資訊，即使是對於不信仰的人來說，也肯定是有益無害的。我會試著讓語言更容易為人所接受，但如果我寫的詞句讓你感到不舒服，抱歉！我也很肯定，我所寫的東西不是完美的，會有疏漏錯誤，歡迎弟兄姐妹們討論指教！我有很多想寫的，但是一時可能寫不完，我會分幾次，但我保證把我想到的，找到的寫完）



我是一個男人，是耶穌基督的信徒。在這部COURAGEOUS 公映前，我就已經拭目以待多時了。在美國的情況我不知道，但是這部Christian Movie 還是頭一次在各種商業片角力的電影院裡公映。這一點很讓人興奮！我是11月15號晚上去看的電影，就如同有些朋友們評論的那樣，電影院裡很熱鬧，有笑聲，有哭聲，也有些鼓掌聲。這部片子保持了「鹽味」，但同時並不是over-the-top religious，可能這也是影院們決定放映它的一個原因。值得一看！推薦給大家！尤其推薦給父親們！

（今天先開個頭，）如同導演Alex在另外兩部極其優秀的作品中 （面對巨人 - Facing the Giants http://movie.douban.com/subject/1958400/ 和 救火隊員 - Fireproof http://movie.douban.com/subject/3004931/）相類似，影片中都出現了由聖經中的教導所建立的行為準則、信條或者說哲學。在面對巨人中是 「honor God with action and attitude. we win, we honor Him; we lose, we honor him too」，在Fireproof中對愛的解讀，以及在生活中怎樣體現，那本40天的日誌 - Love Dare。這部影片中男人們所簽訂的決心書，每一條都是聖經的教誨，我先把這個resolution貼在底下，作為開篇：
                         THE RESOLUTION


I DO solemnly resolve before God to take full responsibility for myself, my wife and my children.

I WILL love them, protect them, serve them and teach them the Word of God as the spiritual leader of my home.

I WILL be faithful to my wife, to love and honor her and be willing to lay down my life for her as Jesus Christ did for me.

I WILL bless my children and teach them to love God with all of their hearts, all of their minds and all of their strength.

I WILL train them to honor authority and live responsibly.

I WILL confront evil, pursue justice and love mercy.

I WILL pray for others and treat them with kindness, respect and compassion.

I WILL work diligently to provide for the needs of my family.

I WILL forgive those who have wronged me and reconcile with those I have wronged.

I WILL learn from my mistakes, repent of my sins and walk with integrity as a man answerable to God.

I WILL seek to honor God, be faithful to His church, obey His Word and do His will.

I WILL courageously work with the strength God provides to fulfill this resolution for the rest of my life and for His glory.

    As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15
