他們到了銀行
When they approach the bank...

看到銀行外面有19輛休旅車

...and you have the 1 9 lawyers sitting in front of you, right..

He conveyed it in a very bullying fashion...

An appropriate metaphor is the oil tankers.

They are very big...

...and therefore, you have to put in compartments...

才能避免船傾覆時
...to prevent the sloshing around of oil...

油濺得到處都是
...from capsizing the boat.

船的設計必須將它納入考量
The design of the boat has to take that into account.

經濟大蕭條之後
And after the Depression...

管制條例其實引進了 這些很防水的零件
...the regulations actually introduced these very watertight compartments.

And deregulation has led to the end of compartmentalization.
