就好像議論文你不能帶很強烈的個人感情一樣，documentary似乎不應該有很明確的指向。
但裡面指出的事實都是觸目驚心的。看完了這個，把旁白摘了，一樣能得出同樣的結論或者憂慮。

(affordable) fast food vs diabetes
等等等等

米國人民也生活在水生火熱之中啊親！比起餓死人家是要糖尿病肥死啊親！
而且吧，這個片子到了後期，已經完全不僅是關於食品安全了啊親！又開始批判資本主義社會超大型公司控制一切了啊親！

當然這是（截至2008的）美國了。澳洲個「農業大國」到底是個啥情況也不知道。不過那個對礦業徵稅搞得局勢動盪也能側面反應點兒問題吧。

08年的時候，90%的美國大豆已經有了Monsanto公司的patent gene。

Monsanto有一個75人的surveillance team，各種監視農民。

農民A不種轉基因大豆，但是鄰居都種了。一陣風吹過，花粉種子之類的進入了他的地，他就算侵犯Monsanto的專利了，要提交各種證明。→contamination

農民B被Monsanto以侵犯專利告上法庭，在上庭之前已經交了很多錢，被告知上庭以後還得再交1million還是多少。最後只得庭外和解。


想要對抗壟斷公司的話，還剩下別的選擇嗎？

鑒於監管者和被監管者身份經常可以轉換，中間地帶十分模糊。因此各種機構的監管力度也就大大下降。

系統過度追求efficiency而導致各種單一化：作物田地，作物種類，運營公司。而單一化會造成系統的不穩定。
比如：高度機械化（並且已經全面推廣了）的農業高度依賴石油（柴油，汽油來源），因此石油漲價的衝擊對農民衝擊巨大。因此食物價格也跟石油價格緊密聯繫。而民眾吃不飽以後crisis就越來越多……

吃得健康比吃垃圾食物價錢更高，因此需要policy層面的支持。
只要開始鬥爭就好了，菸草業就是個很好的例子。【似乎是現在價格提高了標籤也越來越醒目了？

雖然阻力很大 ，但資本主義社會，市場需求可以改變市場結構（？）。只要人們開始有意識地選擇和消費健康食品，市場就會出現越來越多的健康食品。→反正我不是商科生，大概就是這個意思了！
