四個婚禮和一個葬禮

就像一系列有情人終成眷屬的童話故事。如果故事的結局是查理與前女友結婚，嘉莉遠嫁美國，這應該才是現實的寫照吧。

終於她在查理的婚禮上捨棄慣穿的黑色，拋開以往的尖酸刻薄，開始新的生活。

我喜歡那個為了大衛去學習手語的姑娘。愛情應該有這樣的能力，將我們變成一股泉眼。
怦然心動是一種與生俱來的能力。我相信一見鍾情，相信所有沒有發生在我自己身上的奇蹟。

停止所有的時鐘，切斷電話
給狗一塊濃汁的骨頭，讓他別叫

我的工作天，我的休息日，
我的正午，我的夜半，我的話語，我的歌吟，
我以為愛可以不朽：我錯了。
不再需要星星，把每一顆都摘掉，
把月亮包起，拆除太陽，
傾瀉大海，掃除森林；
因為什麼都不會，再有意義。
