two characters' arches in one converged incident

A professor kidnaps a dog that barks loudly each day at him complex. And a young girl gets bored of working in office and receives a post about a missing dog. She starts to find another space out of work to seek for her value and meaning in their people's life. And the professor, finds himself not much different from other teachers who bribe to be professors.

Joon-ho Bong『s movie always refers to some social issues like bribing to be a school professor and doing boring stamp work in government office. And then it naturally goes deeper on human’s sentiment, like jealousy, selfishness and dignity of living in a modern society.

Like any of his other movies, he always can find a place to show the good sense of suspense through chase in good pace and speed. The characters' conflicts are shown clearly during the chase, making them more intense.

And the ironic thing is that the characters are strength less in their own world. A want-to-be professor, a no-body official clerk. The movie provides the awkwardness of being meaningless as a human in the society. And their grow-up arch happens in the converged area of one incident, which is out of their work, which is alive in life. So we see our characters get more and more liveness and wake up from being nobody.

The ending is peaceful and gently being handled. We are not told anything true or right. But feel it.
