We admitted we were powerless over (alcohol).That our lives had become unmanageable.
承認我們對（酒）失去能力控制，以致於我們無法管理我們的生活。

Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
相信有一種比我們更高的力量，可重建我們的尊嚴。
step 3
Made a decision to turn over our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood him.
作出決定，把我們的意志和生活交託給我們信任的上帝。
step 4
Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
探索自己，勇敢地對自己列出一個道德情感清單。
step 5
Admitted to God,to ourselves,and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
向上帝，向我們自己，向另外一個人承認自己天性上的缺點和不足。
step 6
We are entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
全心全意地作好準備，讓上帝來克服性格的各種缺點。

Humbly ask Him to remove our shortcoming.
懇切的祈求上帝來去掉我們的缺點。

Made a list of all persons we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all.
列出我們傷害過的人的名單，開始願意對他們做出補救。

Make direct amends to such people except when to do so would injure them or others.
對這些人做出直接的補救，除非這樣做的時候會傷害到他們或其他人。

Continue to take personal inventory.And when we were wrong,promptly admitted it.
繼續對自己做調查整理，當我們做錯時，我們要承認。
step 11
Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understand him.Praying only for the knowledge of his will for us and the power to carry that out.
通過禱告和默想，來親近我們的上帝，只是祈求通過上帝的意念和力量，把資訊傳遞出去。

Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps.We try to carry this message to (alcoholics),and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
對以上的這些過程做精神上的領悟，我們把這個資訊傳遞給他人，把這些原則用在我們生活的各個方面。
