觀後感

在學術上的一些啟發，如果作為心理醫生，Norton是你的病人，作為一個亞裔有色人種，你怎麼來說服他？1. first, control your anger. 就算他對你在不尊重，再不值得被幫助，你要退一步再想一想其中的原因。
2. compassion，share the feelings. I feel you, i understand, i had the same problems. the most important is I know why you feel angry, sad, disappointed.it's because you are lost, you are chocking to death (mentally) 3. time, leave some time for the client to reflect to think, to digest.

關於影片的感想：
種族
美國人不可能不提到的話題，generation to generation這個歧視消失了嗎？i hope so, but how it has take?

奮鬥
自己要做好自己的事情，努力，向上，任何失敗的原因可以從自身找到，don't blame others, 這是懦弱的表現。

挫折
很多時候無法意識到自己的錯誤，只欠缺一個教訓來讓你醒悟看清自己。
