暗戀的男生在部落格上說這部電影讓他很受感動，於是我就過來看了，沒有失望。
  這是一個女孩在異鄉漂泊成長的故事，沒有太複雜的情節，只有淡淡的鄉愁，簡單的愛情，可理解的迷茫。
  最喜歡影片接近末尾時，Eilis對那個愛爾蘭女孩說的那番話：
'Look as if you know where you're going. You have to think like an American. You'll feel so homesick that you'll want to die and there's nothing you can do about it apart from endure it. But you will, and it won't kill you.'
  是啊，這或許是生活應該的樣子吧。
