1. Working Class Hero 「...A working class hero is something to be When they've tortured and scared you for twenty years Then they expect you to pick a career When you can't really function you're so full of fear A working class hero is something to be.....」 出現在Danny 科林斯開著豪車回到自己那被小女友用於和情人幽會的別墅的路上。用「working class hero」給一個功成名就，過著揮金如土、紙醉金迷的生活的老年搖滾歌手做背景音樂實屬諷刺。 2. Whatever Gets You thru the Night 「 Whatever gets you through the night 'salright 'salright It's your money or your life 'salright 'salright....」 科林斯生日派對上的配樂。寫於Lennon與Yoko分居時期，後收錄於Walls and Bridges。復古夜店風襯托出豪宅派對內的紙醉金迷。 3. Imagine 「 Imagine there's no heaven It's easy if you try No hell below us Above us only sky..." 恐怕是Lennon獨唱生涯里最負盛名的一首單曲，「imagine」一詞從此與John Lennon的名字產生了千絲萬縷的關係。出現在Colins在派對的喧鬧結束後，第一次閱讀到Lennon給他的回信後。從那一刻開始科林斯迷失自我的人生開始有了轉機。科林斯迷離的眼神，醉倒在草地上不省人事的女友，遠處清潔殘局的服務生，隨著悠揚的琴聲一一映入鏡頭 4. Hold on "Hold on John John hold on It's gonna be alright you're gonna win the fight..." 在Lennon逝世三十週年後，被滾石雜誌列為其最被低估的二十首歌曲之一。科林斯告別過去，擁抱新生活的背景音樂。 5. Beautiful Boy "...Before you go to sleep Say a little prayer Every day in every way It's getting better and better Beautiful beautiful beautiful Beautiful boy...." 用於科林斯與分別多年的親生兒子的失敗會面後。個人最喜歡的Lennon歌曲之一。原本是Lennon寫給自己兒子Sean Lennon的，歌曲中淡雅婉轉的東方元素恐怕也是受了Yoko的影響。 6. Cold Turkey 「...Can't see no future Can't see no sky My feet are so heavy So is my head I wish I were a baby I wish I were dead..." 出現在科林斯在演出失敗後嗑藥買醉，留下房間裡的一片狼藉時。Cold turkey原指一個人短時間內很快戒除了某個習慣或者成癮的嗜好，而不是通過逐漸減量或使用替代藥物等手段逐漸戒除。 有時特指癮君子突然完全戒毒的行為。音樂迷幻的曲風配上Lennon飄忽不定的嗓音，全曲本身就如同一個癮君子嗑藥後迷醉癲狂的真實寫照。不得不提的是該曲強大的錄製陣容：主奏電吉他手為艾瑞克 Clapton，Klaus Voormann擔任低音貝斯的演奏，古典配樂則由小蟲鼓手Ringo Starr完成。 7. Love 「Love is real real is now love is feeling feeling love love is wanting to be loved..." 在科林斯離開酒店，離開自己愛慕的瑪莉，離開好不容易失而復得的家人，踏上巡演的道路上時響起。在鋼琴聲里瑪莉，兒子的畫面一幕幕閃過，沒有了他，他們的生活依然照舊，而這首Love似乎是在為科林斯這段日子裡所有的的愛做上一個令人心碎的總結。 8. Instant Karma! (We all Shine on) "...Well we all shine on, Like the moon and the stars and the sun, Well we all shine on, come on and on on on..." 片尾曲。全片最終以意料之中的皆大歡喜結局落幕。 *Help！ Help! 是Lennon在The Beatles時期創作的歌曲，描述了成名後面對生活的巨變時不知所措的苦惱情緒。雖然至始至終沒有出現在影片中，但歌詞和影片主題卻有一定相似之處。不論是Danny 科林斯，還是他的兒子，此刻都急切地需要彼此的幫助，「like I've never done before"。 「When I was younger so much younger than today I never needed anybody's help in any way But now that these days are gone I'm not so self assured Now I find I've changed my mind and opened up the doors .... Won't you please please help me..."
