The most expensive film at that time

Just saw this video on dailymotion, thanks for the link.
But the quality is way too low. the film is actually made of a full use of 3-D effects. which means the action on the screen extended into the audience, including lasers, laser impacts, smoke effects, and starfields that filled the theater.
Of course you won't realize all these effects by just watching the flash video online, but this also made the seventeen-minute film costing an estimated $30 million to produce. At the time it was the most expensive film ever produced (averaging out at $1.76 million per minute).
Two songs were performanced in this short film by MJ, one is "Another part of me", it was later included in his "bad" album. and the another one is "We Are Here to Change the World", which was not released until 2004, almost 20year later, that's reason why most of the people never heard of this song, well at least I didn't know it. this is good song, probably could be much better, if we could hear it right after release.
